Cancellation and Refund Policy

Go Images believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

All pricing will be communicated during booking and must be paid either in advance or on the day of the shoot as agreed.

Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not already been delivered or commenced.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 2 to 15 business days to your original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment).
