This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “You”) and Glamor of India ("We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your access to and use of our services, products, and content—whether through our website or by physically visiting our studio.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use our website to browse service offerings or make appointments.

Avail photography and photo development services in-person at our studio.

This license does not grant you any rights to reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our content or studio work without written permission.

Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any proprietary content or tools.

Lease, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our services to any third party without explicit permission.

Misuse or interfere with the normal functioning of our website or service process.

Client Content and Usage Rights

All photographs taken during sessions remain the intellectual property of Glamor of India unless otherwise stated in writing.

You are granted a personal-use license for the final delivered images.

We reserve the right to use select photos for promotional or portfolio purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Data & Privacy

Your personal data (e.g., name, contact, booking info) is collected only to fulfill service delivery and will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

Glamor of India is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) our services.

Client dissatisfaction due to personal expectations not clearly communicated before the shoot.

Loss of images due to events beyond our control, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, as long as services have not been delivered.

If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 2 to 15 business days to your original payment method.

No refunds will be granted after services have commenced or been completed.

Late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Termination

We may terminate this Agreement without notice if:

You violate the terms outlined herein.

You misuse services or breach any policy.

You engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

All licenses granted under this Agreement terminate immediately upon termination.

Amendments

This Agreement may be updated or modified at any time. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
